At MEDRe, your health and wellness are our top priority. As a technology storefront that connects you with licensed physicians through Ola Digital Health and licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, we are committed to transparency, safety, and patient-centered care.
You have the right to:
- Receive accurate, clear information about the wellness peptides offered, including how they are prescribed, prepared, and shipped.
- A thorough async physician review by a licensed clinician through our partner Ola Digital Health before any prescription is issued.
- Know the actual or estimated cost of your subscription ($179 first month / $229 monthly refill) and any additional fees before you purchase.
- Ask questions about potential risks, benefits, and alternatives to wellness peptides at any time.
- Cancel your subscription at any time according to our Refund Policy.
- Access your non-PHI account information and request corrections.
- File a complaint or concern about privacy, service, or care with our Privacy Officer at support@medre.org.
- Receive care that is free from discrimination
- Receive care that respects your privacy under HIPAA (see our Notice of Privacy Practices).

- MEDRe is a technology platform and does not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, or dispense medication. All medical decisions are made by independent licensed physicians through Ola Digital Health.
- Results vary. Wellness peptides are not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, or regular exercise.
- Qualifications of our partner physicians and pharmacies are available upon request.
