Your BPC-157 + TB-500 prescription is a 30-day supply. Before your next refill, you'll complete a brief health check-in for clinician review. If continued treatment is appropriate, your next prescription is approved and fulfilled by the pharmacy as part of your monthly MEDRe subscription.
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after clinician approval.

Refund Policy
Yes. You may cancel at any time. Submit your request at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
If you are medically disqualified during the initial clinician review, your subscription is canceled and you receive a full refund.
Compounded prescription medication generally cannot be returned once ordered and shipped. Refunds are generally limited to medical disqualification under MEDRe’s Refund Policy.
Contact MEDRe support immediately. Damaged medication may be replaced with evidence of damage, and incorrect medication will be replaced by the pharmacy.
Your cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
